Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use FootballPlazza, including people who use a keyboard only, screen readers, magnification, voice control or high-contrast settings. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard referred to by the US Department of Justice's guidance on web accessibility and by the European accessibility rules.

• Every function can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Form fields have labels, and errors are announced to assistive technology.
• Text is at least 16px by default, can be enlarged, and pages work down to 390px wide without sideways scrolling.
• Colour is not the only way information is shown, and we check text contrast.
• Policy pages are structured with headings, a table of contents and print-friendly layouts.
• The cookie notice sits in the page flow and never covers content or traps focus.

This statement is based on our own assessment; we have not yet had an independent audit. We know that some dense data tables and charts can be hard to follow with a screen reader, and that some team and player names come from our data supplier exactly as provided. We are working to improve these areas. If anything stops you from using FootballPlazza, please tell us.
