Subscription & Billing Terms
Plans, prices and tax, automatic renewal, cancelling online, plan changes, league choice and payments.
Who sells your membership
Memberships are sold by Tech Improvement Inc, trading as FootballlPlazza, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. These terms are part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf.
Plans
FootballPlazza offers these plans. What each includes is listed on the Membership page at the time you buy.
- Free — no payment. Predictions for the next three matches to kick off, plus fixtures, results and tables.
- Two Leagues — every prediction and market for two of the leagues we cover that you choose, live scores, and the free next-three matches in the other leagues.
- All Leagues — every prediction and market in every league we cover, live scores, the daily parlay and the model analysis tools.
A membership is for the person who holds the account. Billing periods are monthly or yearly where both are offered. Whatever the plan, predictions remain estimates and not guarantees; a paid plan gives you more information, not better odds of winning a bet.
Prices and tax
The price, currency and billing period are shown on the Membership page and again at checkout before you pay. Where we must collect sales tax, VAT or a similar tax for the place where you live, checkout calculates it and shows the total before you pay.
We may change prices. If the price of your existing subscription changes, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price applies only from your first renewal after that notice. You can cancel before then if you do not want to continue at the new price.
Free trials and promotion codes
We do not currently offer free trials. If we offer one in future, checkout will state when the trial ends, the price that will be charged afterwards and how to cancel before you are charged, and you will be able to cancel the trial online.
A promotion code reduces the price as described at checkout, for the number of billing periods stated there. When the promotion ends, the regular price shown at checkout applies.
What checkout shows and what you agree to
Before we charge you, checkout shows you, clearly and next to the button you use to pay:
- the plan, the price, the currency and the billing period, and any tax or discount
- that the subscription continues and renews automatically until you cancel, and the amount that will be charged each period
- how to cancel
To continue, you tick a box to agree to these Subscription & Billing Terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy and, where your access starts at once, confirm that you want it to start immediately. Nothing is charged until you confirm. We keep a record of what you agreed to, the wording shown and when.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or other payment details are entered into Stripe's secure payment form and go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Your bank may ask you to confirm a payment (for example with 3-D Secure).
By subscribing, you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period, at the price that then applies, until you cancel.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, for the same period (monthly or yearly), and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel. Your Membership page always shows your plan, the price, the next renewal date and the button to cancel.
We also remind you in the app a few days before each renewal, and by email or browser notification if you switch those on in Account → Notifications (see Email & Notification Preferences).
Cancelling online
You can cancel at any time, online, without contacting us: open the Membership page while signed in and choose Cancel renewal. The cancellation takes effect at once for future renewals: you will not be charged again, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. You can resume the subscription before that date if you change your mind.
If you cannot sign in, email [contactEmail — set in Administration] from the address on your account and we will cancel for you. We do not refund the remaining part of a period, except as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy or where the law requires.
Changing plan
- Upgrades (moving to a higher-priced plan or a longer billing period, such as from Two Leagues to All Leagues) apply immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period, which covers the price difference for the days left.
- Downgrades (moving to a lower-priced plan or a shorter billing period) take effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep your current plan until then, and the lower price applies from the next renewal.
The Membership page shows the amount and the date before you confirm a change.
Your Two Leagues choice
With the Two Leagues plan you choose two of the leagues we cover when you subscribe. Your choice then stays fixed for that subscription, so that the plan cannot be used to rotate through every league.
You can change your two leagues only:
- by asking our support team at [contactEmail — set in Administration], who can change the choice for you, or
- when you switch plan (for example when you upgrade to All Leagues, or choose again when you move to Two Leagues from another plan).
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may try again over the following days and we may ask you to update your payment details. If the payment still cannot be collected, your paid access may be paused or ended and your account returns to the Free plan. You can subscribe again at any time.
Receipts and invoices
Stripe issues receipts and invoices for payments to the email address on your account. If you need a copy, contact [contactEmail — set in Administration]. Invoices and payment records are kept by Stripe (and by us where required) for the period that tax and accounting law requires, even after you delete your account.
Complimentary access
We may sometimes grant a plan for free or for a limited time, for example as a promotion or to resolve a problem. A complimentary plan ends on the date we tell you, and then your account returns to the plan you pay for (or Free). It does not renew into a paid plan without your agreement, and it cannot be exchanged for money.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
Your right to withdraw within 14 days (if you are a consumer in the EU or UK), and when refunds are available, are explained in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
