Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses FootballPlazza, including its pages, data feeds and programming interfaces.

You may use FootballPlazza through an ordinary web browser. You may not, without our written permission:

• scrape, crawl or copy pages or data with bots, scripts or other automated tools
• call our programming interfaces (APIs) other than through the website itself
• get around rate limits, membership limits or other technical restrictions
• use our content or data to train or improve machine-learning or AI models

Our data is licensed from Sportmonks and our forecasts are our own work; automated copying harms both. Search engines may index public pages as our robots.txt file allows.

Your membership is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, resell, rent, publish or redistribute our predictions, probabilities, data or analysis — for example on other websites, in apps, in paid or free tipster channels or groups, or in social media posts that reproduce our forecasts — without our written permission. Short quotations with a clear credit and link to FootballPlazza are fine.

If you mention FootballPlazza or quote our forecasts, do not present them as guaranteed, "fixed" or "sure", do not imply that we endorse you, a tipster service or a betting operator, and do not use them to promote gambling to anyone under the legal age.

One account is for one person. Do not share your password or sign-in, let others use your account, or sell or transfer it. We may sign out sessions, require a password reset or suspend accounts that show signs of sharing.

• Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of FootballPlazza without our permission, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not interfere with or overload the service, or introduce malware.
• Do not try to unlock paid content without a valid membership.

If you find a security problem, please report it privately to [contactEmail — set in Administration] and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it. We will not take action against good-faith reports that respect this policy.

Use FootballPlazza only for lawful purposes and in line with the laws where you are, including laws on gambling, sanctions and export controls. Do not harass others, impersonate anyone, or post unlawful, hateful or misleading content. Follow the Community & Voting Guidelines.

Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, remove content, limit features, suspend or close the account, and block automated traffic. Refunds are handled as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may also take legal action where appropriate.
